Help with a female character I am working on

I need some help with setting up the following character. Below is the form that the character assumes most of the time. She does have another form that she can assume which is her true form. How can I go about setting up her true form which has legendary beauty and have more sinister characteristics as well?

Humanoid Form: A statuesque humanoid woman walks in, moving with surety and seduction. There is something sexy about the way she carries herself, a hidden power to her movements. The well-defined muscles accentuating her flawless antique ruby skin, which possesses a luminous and metallic appearance, showcases her physique—a testament to her strength and femininity. Accentuating her oval-shaped face are her high cheekbones. Eight sleek tentacles that reach down to her waist protrude from the back of her head. Two gold earrings are worn on the top and bottom of both of her pointed ears. Resting between both of her eyes, which have a black sclera and glowing antique ruby iris, is her perfectly shaped upturned nose. Her full lips possess a cupid’s bow. Each one of her hands and both of her feet possess six digits. Over the black leather cropped corset top, which beautifully accentuates her huge breasts she wears a black leather bomber jacket. Piercing her belly button is a small naval ring. Her long, sexy legs and perfectly rounded buttocks are shown off in a pair of low waist black denim shorts.

Free As A Bird (comic) Characters : Chapter 1

Wisp – Wisp is the main character in this comic/story. He will be shown a lot. He has depression, ADHD and crippling anxiety. He is a TV presenter and a former business man (until chapter 3 or 4). He had a horrible alcohol and drug addiction. ⚠ His mental state is horrible.

X – X is a psychopath. Though he is a good listener. He doesn’t like to talk. He likes baked beans. He always smiles. His brother is Y. His mental state is unknown.

Ed – Ed is a normal guy. He works with Wisp as a business man too in ‘Code Craft. Inc’. He doesn’t have a mouth, but he is a talkative person. His mental state is okay, amazing actually.

Y – Y is depressed, too. He doesn’t talk at all. All he does is cry. He likes my little pony for some reason. His mental state is unknown, though is calculated as bad.

Free As A Bird is a comic dedicated to Mental Health, abuse and addiction. It has been a project of mine since 2019. It’s been made in story style (aka written), and I’ve been working on the comic version of it. It’s about Wisp Lean’s backstory, my OC, who has been struggling with mental health issues. After being diagnosed with depression, ADHD and crippling anxiety. Wisp started drinking, a lot, almost alcohol poisoning himself. The story is not based on me nor my family, but I relate to Wisp through his mental issues. The story is made for educational, entertainment, etc purposes.

Warning : The Story contains Mental Issues, Depression, Foul language, Blood, Alcohol, Drugs, Addiction, etc. (Do not read if you are uncomfortable/can’t handle with these.)

Hydro-Wire

Personality: Short-tempered, violent(during fight), funny, humourous, arrogant, irresponsible(sometimes), lazy(sometimes), loyal, honest, caring towards his family and friends

Hydro-Wire always shows that he never cares about people around him but actually deep inside he does. He sometimes lacks control on his emotions but often takes decisions practically. He is one of the most agressive characters which are further coming soon. Hydro-Wire has trust issues. He can never trust anyone 100% not even his family. He believes no one is perfect but the main reason is his past.

Back story

In short: Was an innocent child – bullied by some boys for 4 years – tortured by a mysterious masked man – at age of 9 decided to be evil to live in this ruthless world – at the age of 10 met with a girl who made him realise that he was thinking wrong about the world – he got crush on her – at age of 11 shifted to new place with his parents and never could tell her his feelings – he is perfectly balanced now – want to free this word from evil – got powers by Zeus and Poseidon.

In long: Once he was a happy child who used to believe on positively. When he was 5 years old he, with his parents,was shifted to a society. There were many bullies. Hydro-Wire used to believe in sympathy and empathy but as time passed torture increased. He was such a loser who used to be beaten by those kids. One day a man attacked on him and gave him pain and ran away. Hydro-Wire was saved by his parents. Now he realised that to survive he has to become ruthless too. All those tortures changed him. He chose to become bad and take revenge from everyone who used to bully him. Till the age of 10 he decided to be a bad boy but eventually got crush on a girl which he didn’t want,but it was beyond his wish. That girl changed him and made him realise that he was just becoming like who he used to hate. And now he was balanced, he was neither bad nor good, he is just a guy who wants to destroy each and every evil living being. Then at the age of 11 he was again shifted to a new place with his parents. Sadly he could never tell that girl about his feelings and still miss her because she changed him.

Later he met a boy who he could call friend other than his parents.

During summer break he was hit by the dangerous lightning, during which was not just a normal lightning. It was a lightning ⚡ caused by the king of gods, Zeus!!

Hydro-Wire was granted with the powers of electrokinesis by Zeus and Hydrokinesis by Poseidon.
