–are the options?” Caspian asked. “Well, there’s cidercloud and Fizzler; I had some mead, but some Rainboans came in earlier and drank it all,” Archittle stated. “I will try the cidercloud,” Caspian said. Archittle handed a glass of it to him a moment later. The cidercloud was apple cider mixed with alcohol, and the rest of the glass was filled with a mist produced by the beverage. “Drink Up Youngster.” Caspian lifted the glass to his mouth, taking a quick drink of the whole thing. This caused him to feel a tinge of alcohol, but not much. “Is that all?” Archittle asked, watching the Elf drink up the cidercloud. Caspian nodded, “Thank you.” Archittle nodded in return before going to the other end of the bar to serve another patron. Caspian, deciding to get to his room, walked up the creaky old stairs of the tavern to the second level before walking down a few doors in its second floor hall. As he opened the door, he saw the same cloaked figure that had been sitting in the booth downstairs staring at him, but this time he could get a look at his features, they appeared to be a male Sun Elf with gold colored Elvish markings across the Sun Elf’s face. Caspian tried to ignore him. Though these attempts were ineffective as the Sun Elf started up conversation “I overheard you talking to Archittle about a bounty.” The Sun Elf stated. Caspian cursed under his breath before glancing over at the other Elf. “Yeah? What about it?”. The Sun Elf smirked, winking, “I am Astril, and I bet I can give you a better bounty to go after than that old man offered you to go after “. “Doubt it,” Caspian said, grinning. “But tell me.”. Astril grinned at this: “Well, it’s more of a treasure hoard nearby, and it will pay way more than whatever bounty the old man offered you, and I will even go with you to ensure your safety.” “I am not a treasure hunter,” Caspian stated sternly. Astril simply shrugged at this, a grin still etched on his face. “Well then, at least let me come with you, because let’s just say Silingard is not the most exciting of places.”. Astril’s plea caused Caspian to debate whether he should allow the other Elf to come with him or not. “Yeah, no,” Capian decided, but this didn’t stop Astril from trying to convince him. “Oh, come on,” Astril started. “You can keep all of the bounty’s pay. I do not even want it. I just want some adventure.” Caspian finally gave in grumbling a “fine.” As soon as the grumble of agreement left Caspian’s mouth, Astril regained his composure. “Thank you also, sorry about the whole begging thing; Silingard is just quite the boring place.” Caspian nodded at this yawning. Astril’s ears perked up at the yawning. “You can take the bed closer to the door since I was pestering you so much; it is comfier, and the reason I know this because I tested it when I first got here before you came.” “Thanks,” Caspian muttered before plopping down onto the bed Astril recommended and soon falling into slumber.

The next morning Caspian awoke to the sound of mumbling. Opening his eyes, he found the source of the mumbling to be Astril, who had apparently fallen asleep in the window ledge of the room. Before making it to bed, Caspian let out a slight sigh of relief as he saw the window closed, which meant that Astril couldn’t accidentally fall out of the-

A Moon Elf entered the Everglow Tavern, which resided in the village of Silingard. There are a large number of species in the tavern, and behind the bar stood a seasonedly aged Experimental whom the Moon Elf assumed was the tavern’s owner. The Moon Elf approached the bar with his shoes, causing the floor to creak beneath him as he walked. As he approached the bar, the Experimental looked over the Elf’s attire before speaking, “I am guessing you’re one of them youngsters with the lights still in their eyes going out looking for adventure,” his voice having a thick Eastern Realmian accent to it. The Moon Elf nodded his head, his ears twitching at the buzz of sound around him. The Experimental let out a sigh before once again responding, “Well, the name is Archittle, Archittle Sevel, and what kind of adventure were you looking for, youngster?” Archittle looked tired, and like all Experimentals, his original species was unrecognizable, though something that caught the Elf’s eye was that Archittle no longer had the lights in his eyes; the little twinkles of youth had obviously departed many moons ago. “Bounties,” The Elf bluntly stated. This caused a streak of surprise to come across Archittle’s face: “Well, I have heard rumors of the chief of Clan Telbill having a bounty. I do not know what it is, but the clan’s camp is about a day’s trip from here, and I can give you a map if you wish.” “Please,” The Elf stated once again bluntly. Archittle hesitantly handed the Elf a map, and as he opened the map, it was obvious why Archittle had been hesitant. The clan’s camp is in the middle of one of The Realms’ unclaimed lands, a place where it would be wise to watch your back at all times. The Elf nodded his head in thanks, “Thank you’. This time Archittle did not respond to the Elf and simply returned to tending to the bar. The Elf simply shrugged this off and examined the map Archittle had handed him. He found Archittle’s words about the clan’s camp being a day’s trip from the tavern; however, before he could examine the map any further, he felt the eyes of someone in the corner booth of the tavern staring at him. This caused the Elf to look up from the map and shift his gaze to the figure in the corner booth. The booth being too dark and the figure also wearing a cloak didn’t allow him to get a good look at who this person was. Not being able to get a good look at the figure, he shrugged it off. He decided that it would probably be better if he spent the night at the tavern instead of beginning his journey while it was dark and raining outside. The Elf walked over to Archittle, asking for a room. Archittle quickly responded, “I am glad that you are not leaving just yet, youngster, especially in the kind of weather currently outside, though the only room I currently have left is a shared two bed room with another patron that has already signed the guest book.” “That shall be fine, thank you,” the Elf said. Archittle nodded, handing the Elf the guestbook and saying, “I hope you enjoy your stay while you’re here, youngster.”. The Elf signed his name into the guest book ‘Caspian J. Prince’. As he was signing his name, his eyes landed on the name that had been signed into the book before his ‘Astril S. Ill’. This name caused Caspian to stare at the name curiously for a moment.
