THE LAST CAT STANDING

“Only The beginning”

 

Chapter 1

 

It was a rainy stormy day, in downtown Paris. A group of cats are sitting in an abandoned alley alone and wet. The group leader Onyx was watching his group on top of a dumpster soaked and drying off. He growled “These dumb cats…too stupid to do anything!” Onyx says. The girl cat Nyx climbed up onto the dumpster.

 

“Onyx, we talked about this…” 

 

she says sitting next to him as he glances at her and grumbles 

 

“I know but think about it. A group of cats..Warriors! They could protect themselves!” we wouldn’t have to babysit these…idiots!..”

 

he exclaimed standing up starting to walk away. Nyx stood up and walked in sync with him. 

“They’re not idiots, they’re trainees. ARE trainees!” He stops and looks at her “you think what you want.. I’m going out for food.” 

 

Then Onyx leaves. Nyx looks at the rest of the group, tail sways back and forth “Team!” she says looking down “its time for training! Get ready!” she exclaims. The team looks over at her nodding and getting ready nyx looks over where onyx had walked to, sighing and climbing down to talk to her team. The cat jinx a brown and white tabby, the leader of the attack crew cowers a bit. “O-oh Hello ma,am j-just getting them ready!”

 

 He glances up at her, dares not to make eye contact. She looks at him 

 

“You’re in charge, I’m going to go find onyx.” 

 

she says, glancing at the team. Jinx perks up 

 

“Wait really! I-im finally in charge! After so long! I-”

 

 she cuts him off 

 

“Don’t abuse the power jinx.”

 

 she says sternly, Jinx cowers down ears tucked down

“S-sorry ma,am..”

 

 he says. She looks away mumbling something about idiots. 

 

“Okay everyone BETTER be prepared when i get back.”

 

 jinx climbs onto the dumpster 

 

“Okay everyone BETTER be ready by time she gets back! Or else.”

 

 she says as she disappears into the night.

 

Jinx looks around and climbs onto the dumpster tail sways. “Okay Listen up!” he says as everyone perks up. “Nyx put me in charge what I say, goes..” everyone sighs. mumbles and whispers surrounded the area then silence, Jinx looked at everyone. “What? Why so silent am i just THAT scar-…” he freezes up as a deep chuckle echoes through the alley. 

“You think you’re scary.. You’re too cowardly to be scary” Jinx slowly turns around ears tucked, tail tucked. Behind him was a tall all black cat laughing a bit.  

“

“Pff please…”

The black cat steps forward with the light sorta showing his face.

He had a scar down his eye, his body covered in scars head to tail. Jinx looks over at his team then cowardly perks up looking at the guy.

 

 “W-who are you! Th-this is our turf!” 

Jinx says looking at the guy…Then the cat attacks him turned into a one sided cat fight 

After the fight Jinx was in the corner whimpering in pain. The black cat whom just attacked him, climbed onto the edge of the dumpster staring at the team 

 

“Names lucifer…you’re leader’s enemy. I’ve came here to hold you guys captive since he still owes me for what he did.” 

 

He says, glancing at Jinx. “Baracade everything…NOW”

The team scurrys away..
