Godessian Description
Many major religions are around which of the High Gods/Goddesses/Beings was the first born since the eight of them are Octuplets and this is the case for Goddessian. Most Goddessants wear specific clothing most of the time whether the weather is hot, cold, or in between, the only time they are exempt from this rule is when they are under the age of five. Another part of being Goddessant is that your name must at least include a part of your species name in it (Ex: A name for a Goddessant Greldin could be Dinkae). Marriage or eternal bonding must be done during a storm, it is also considered good luck if someone is born during a storm. When they turn twelve they are given a bracelet made of a magic metal that corresponds with their birthday and then every twelve years a small gem is embedded into the bracelet, these bracelets are called ‘Goddessia bands’.
Species
Greldin(s), Graysho, High God(s)/Goddess(es)/Being(s), Gods(s)/Goddess(es)/Being(s), Noel(s)
Greldin Description
Greldins are an elf-like species who heightwise usually stand from 5 ‘0 – 6’ 0 tall, their eye color is most commonly green with yellow sclera but this can be reversed resulting in the more uncommon eye color of yellow eyes with green sclera. Greldins have five genders Male Giver, Female Producer, Male Producer, Female Giver, and Non-Reproduceant. Male Givers are like human males (Which humans do not exist in this world I’m using it for reference) who cannot get pregnant but can get somebody else pregnant, Female Producers are like human females who cannot get others pregnant but they themself can get pregnant. While with Male Producers and Female Givers they’re the exact opposite, then Non-Reproduceant means you cannot get others pregnant nor can you yourself get pregnant and couples with one or more Greldin Non-Reproduceants in them normally will adopt if they want children. Their hair color has the same kind of range as humans
High God/Goddess/Being Description
There are eight High Gods/Goddesses/Beings and there is usually much debate over which of them is the eldest since they are Octuplets, out of all of them though I is the wisest.
Graysho Description
Graysho have reddish skin, pig-like ears, and female Graysho will have pink markings appear on their skin while male Graysho’s lower canine teeth will grow into tusks as they mature. Hair color wise their hair will normally be red, black, or orange.
Grimoires
Evertae wanted to share the histories with the people of Nariara so he went to his brother, Feller, and Feller provided him with the four grimoires. How this would work is that he would give the 18 year olds of four families each a grimoire in which they would write down the adventures of their life down in until the day they died, the way this would be carried on is that the eldest child must keep the original name of their family and then when someone bearing one of the four families’ family name turned 18 they would go to their family’s library and choose the grimoire that calls to them most and then once they are done reading the grimoire they are given their own. You must never lose this grimoire for if you do grave consequences will befall your branch of the family for four generations at the least. These four families are Noolcarn, Telvin, Evari, and Jaeolka.
Why there aren’t any Fellerians
Every High God, Goddess, and Being has a religion to their name except Feller and this is because all of his religious followers were killed off. Because he is the High God of illusions many saw him as a trickster God who had killed the real Feller and had simply cast a permanent illusion over themself, so these people saw the Fellerians as worshipers as a trickster High God killer. The rest of the High Gods, Goddesses, and Beings knew Feller was the real Feller but did not find it important enough to inform the inhabitants of Nariara of this, so began the purge of the Fellerians. Many of the other churches of the main religions participated in this purging and once Feller saw what had happened to his followers, who he knew to be joyful, fun-loving, and innocent souls, he mourned and wept for a hundred years. Some of his siblings who were outraged with their own followers for causing their brother such pain created rules for their religions as punishment (Ex: Vaeun made it a religious rule that Unites must take four weeks out of the year to go visit and stay at Fellerian ruins and if you are sixteen or older you must not eat for two out those four weeks)
Evertaeon
Because of Evertae being the High God of the histories and healing it is highly implied in Evertaeon that when Evertains are receiving their education that it should mostly focus around history and medicine. It is also a rule that Evertains are not allowed to eat meat or anything that comes from a non-intelligible creature, though because of this they are the reason much of Nariara’s vegan and vegetarian dishes exist because they were created by them. Also because of their religious educational focuses some of the best healers in Nariara’s history have been Evertain. The head of this religion is called ‘The Doctaun’ and one of their main duties besides being the head of the religion is to be the sole healer for the whole of the religion.
Gaartua
One of the main parts of Gaartua is the Soul-Flower, when a Gaartuan figures out they are pregnant they must plant a Soul-Seed in potted dirt and once the baby is born the Soul-Flower will sprout from the dirt and be connected to the newborn Gaartuan’s soul till the day they die. The Soul-Flower can take the appearance of any kind of flower and it will grow with the Gaartuan throughout their life, but if their Soul-Flower is harmed they too will be harmed. During their winter-time holiday which is called Fellerisk they are expected to sacrifice everything from their winter-time hunts in honor of the Fellerians. Gartuans are expected to go hunting at least once every other week.
Halakasha
Since Halaka is the High Goddess of the afterlife when Halakashans die they have highly extravagent parties to honor their life and the new life they will have in the afterlife. It is also see as highly taboo for someone that is Halakashan to be greedy or lie and if they are it can cause them to be outcast from the religion. Out of all the religions, Halakasha is the only one with a court and jurdicial system which is why in Halakasha if you have a case that you would like to plead it must be before a Halakashan judge.
