Can I be a ranger? like one of the ones from rangers apprentice if any of y'all have read that book. here is a description- A ranger is an expert at silent moving. They report directly to the king, and are experts at hiding. Rangers wear mottled cloaks that hide their presence, and practice with a bow and arrow till they never miss. Rangers have special horses that understand how to move silently. There is a code word to get on these horses and if you don't whisper it they will throw you off. The horses are very intelligent and give warning signs when an enemy is nearby. Rangers can stay still for days if need be, and are camouflage legends. A ranger is basically a spy for the king. Each ranger also controls a fief.

The movie occurs in Shucodro, an island kingdom where pirates invade. Through the pleading of a princess, The Straw Hats will drive them out. But not everything is what it seems.
Plot
The Ultimatum: A Taste of What’s Coming
The Lowly Wyrm Pirates invaded the Kingdom of Shucodro. They stormed through the town to the throne room. Among the pirates was a woman named Gala. She announced to The Queen that she would speak for her absent captain, and their demand was simple: “Give up all of their valuables within one week or else.” When the Queen asked, “Or else what?” Gala replied by shouting, “Captain!” The sky was blotted out by a giant, pale, luminescent orb over the island before it fell with a boom!
Island of Ruin: Search for The Captain
The Straw Hats Pirates sailed to Shucodro after finding Princess Clair at sea. She told them of the pirates’ attack and that she was by the coastline when it happened. After hearing someone scream, “Captain,” a giant orb slammed into the ground, causing a massive quake. That earthquake caused the cliff she was standing to give way, and she plummeted into the ocean. Sanji tried to woe her with lovely tea, but Clair shoved him away to plead with Luffy for their help. Luffy agreed to help as long as there was tasty meat there. Clair was happy as Luffy told the crew to go to the island at full speed.
Meanwhile, on Shucodro, The Lowly Wrym Pirates took everything they could find while apologizing to their victims. Gala stood before a villager with a beautiful necklace that refused to give away. She commanded one of her crewmates to kill her and take the necklace. After the pirate refused, Gala killed him with a Finger Pistol to the forehead before returning to the woman. A Kinokobito by the name of Felgrade looked at her in disgust. From a distance of the carnage, someone was watching by a lone tree with a basket of food.
The Straw Hats finally arrived a day later and fought the Lowly Wryms. Luffy was the first to charge in with a Gum-Gum Gating. Some pirates tried to avenge their comrades, but Usopp sniped them from the Thousand Sunny. Jinbe, Sanji, and Brook effortlessly knock away several of them with their skills and abilities. Another squad of pirates reached the ship to attack Usopp, only to be swept away by Tony Tony Chopper‘s Monster Point form. Franky busted out General Franky to assist Chopper with crowd control. When they tried to get back up there, they were electrocuted by Nami’s Thunder Breed Tempo technique. One of the pirates pulled out a Transponder Snail to call for reinforcement, but thanks to her Hana Hana no Mi, Nico Robin‘s hands sprouted out of their chest, grabbed the snail, and tossed it to her to prevent that. Zoro was about to slash a pirate, but Felgrade stopped him with his bident. Zoro became interested as the two duked it out using Armament Haki.
The Lowly Wryms began to ask where their captain and Gala were, with one of them asking if the captain was on his usual picnic trips again. Before any of their questions could be answered, Luffy sent the lot of them flying with a Gum-Gum Elephant Gun. Felgrade, noticing this battle’s hopelessness, kicked up a small dust cloud with his four legs in front of Zoro’s Face (Dust Devil Waltz) and called for a retreat.
Victorious, Clair led The Straw Hats to the castle to introduce them to The Queen. Queen Clara was grateful for the assistance, even though it was from a Yonko Crew. She told them that Gala had given them an ultimatum, and their time was almost up. All she knew was that the pirates’ captain summoned that orb that caused the massive crater by the town center. She had never seen him. Luffy pretty much thought of simply finding the captain, kicking his ass, and having a feast. He ran out, leaving his crew behind. Franky and Usopp went to town to see about the crater. Zoro, Sanji, and Jinbe dealt with straggling pirates, and the others helped the civilians.
Lowly Origins: Pawns of The Celestial Dragons
The Lowly Wrym Pirates returned to their ship, where Gala admired the necklace she had taken. She asked what had happened to them. Felgrade reported that The Straw Hats were on the island. Interested in these new events, she called a World Noble, for whom she and, by extension, the crew work. Eventually, she was called back not by the noble but by The Five Elders. They ordered her to give a message to the captain.
Meanwhile, Luffy had been running around the island looking for the elusive captain of The Lowly Wrym Pirates. He got tired and lost in the woods. He soon smelled something tasty and ran until he reached a cliff with a single tree with a put-out campfire and saw a bowl of pasta and meatballs. Luffy stretched his arm to go for the bowl, only to be slapped by a hand behind the tree. The person said he could at least ask first if you want something. Luffy did ask, and the person replied, “Sure, I was having a bit of a picnic by my lonesome. Come, join me.” Luffy saw a young man with light brown hair, gray eyes, and a blue jacket. Luffy thanked him for the food while the young man greeted himself as Attrestyn. Luffy introduced himself, and Attrestyn was shocked that he slapped a Yonko’s hand. Luffy asked why he was in the woods. Attrestyn answered that he was taking a break. He had a lot of responsibilities, and his job was terrible.
Luffy said to quit if he hated it so much. Attrestyn frantically said no because many people, including himself, would get in deep trouble. He changed the subject by asking why a person like Luffy is on an island like this. He guessed to loot, but Luffy said it was to beat up the captain of the Lowly Wrym Pirates. Attrestyn turned a bit pale. Luffy noticed and thought that he was not feeling well. He invited him to his ship for dinner after scoffing all the food. Attrestyn tried to refuse, but Luffy wrapped his left arm around him and used a one-arm Gum-Gum Rocket to launch the two over to where The Thousand Sunny was, with Attrestyn screaming all the way there. A Lowly Wrym Pirate heard Attrestyn’s scream and saw him with Luffy. They ran back to the ship to report to Gala and Felgrade.
The Straw Hats were resting at their ship after tending to civilians and scaring off pirates. Just then, Luffy and Attrestyn were about to crash into everyone before Jinbe caught them. Luffy introduced Attrestyn to the crew, but his new friend was still shocked by the flight. After Attrestyn recovered in the dining room, he nervously introduced himself while stuttering. He shook so hard that he started dripping a strange material, and everybody was concerned. Sanji asked if this was a Devil Fruit power. Attrestyn acknowledged his question by telling him that he ate The Non-Non no Mi. He could create, control, and become a non-elemental force.
Attrestyn explained that he came from South Blue and ate it by accident. He never used it because of his town’s superstitious teachings. Then pirates attacked, stole their valuables, and kidnapped some of them, including himself, to be sold. A World Noble bought him not to be a servant but as food to a Sea Beast. Attrestyn was tossed into the monster’s gullet and swallowed whole. In desperation, he activated his Devil Fruit and destroyed the creature from the inside out by turning himself into his non-elemental form.
Robin asked what happened next, but Attrestyn began to panic and left. He ran out and jumped in the water. The Straw Hats thought he was crazy, but they could see him flying with his lower half becoming the Neutral Element. But from behind, Felgrade spoke, saying he was glad they didn’t do anything terrible to him and had his thanks. Zoro and others were ready for a fight, but Felgrade was not here to fight. He wanted to continue Attrestyn’s Story because he was the captain of The Lowly Wyrm Pirates. After he killed the sea beast, he and all the recently eaten victims, including Felgrade, were freed. In anger, the World Noble would have executed them before Attrestyn made a deal to repay them for the sea beast they had lost.
After much convincing, The World Noble made him his “personal pirate,” tasked to go around the world to steal from everyone to give to him. As a bonus, they gave him their and other Celestial Dragons’ servants as his crewmates. But they weren’t going to leave a bunch of slaves free on a ship by themselves. So, they gave them Gala, a former CP0 with a taste for power. She was to make sure everyone followed the plan and punished those who tried to escape or disobey. Every member of the crew, except the captain, has a bomb band on their wrist or ankle with enough firepower to blow anyone into chunks. After getting a ship and sailing to the Grand Line, Gala harshly trained Attrestyn to use The Six Powers and Haki. Felgrade could still remember the long nights when Attrestyn was screaming in pain or how the crew would clean up the blood smeared everywhere in the morning.
When the crew started pirating, everything was just as hard. Being forced to be the very people who got them enslaved in the first place was a cruel joke. They weren’t even that good at first, and Gala and Attrestyn had to fight the more dangerous adversaries so that the rest of the crew could do their jobs. Attrestyn became a “motherly” figure to them. He cooked and tended to everyone’s wounds while Gala still bullied him. Attrestyn had become a mighty warrior, but not the crew. If he rebelled, then everyone else would pay the price.
Meanwhile, Attrestyn returned to his ship, and Gala awaited him. She greeted him with a kick to the chest and pinned him to the ground with one foot. Gala was furious that he let himself be captured by The Straw Hats. She said that if it was up to her, she would kill ten crewmates for taking so long to get back, but there was more important business to attend to with the message from The Five Elders: “Kill Straw Hat Luffy and Everyone will be set free.” Attrestyn didn’t want to do it, but Gala added, “Refuse, or she would set everyone’s bomb bands off.” Attrestyn agreed, but it was going to be done on his terms.
The Straw Hats returned to the castle with Felgrade to explain what was happening. The four-legged pirate believed that Luffy’s crew could free this crew from Gala. While this was happening, Attrestyn walked into the throne room, looking down at the ground to cover his eyes in shadow. The guards tried to stop him, but he pulled his saber, which he coated with his null element. The soldiers were easily swiped away as Attrestyn told the Queen they had one more day to give up their valuables and challenged Luffy to a duel by the coast at dawn. Luffy accepted his challenge. Attrestyn told Felgrade to come with him. He did not want him to get too close to The Straw Hats before deciding what they would do to them. Felgrade reluctantly went with his captain, apologizing to Luffy and the others.
Violent Clash: The Sun God vs. The Neutral Elemental
The Straw Hats were a bit conflicted about Attrestyn’s challenge. Why would he do that? Felgrade once again visited them to answer their question. The Five Elders had told Attrestyn to kill Luffy for everyone’s freedom. Felgrade didn’t want this. Despite being viciously trained, Attrestyn hates to fight. Even though Gala doesn’t go as hard anymore, she still trains him vigorously to keep his skills sharp. Nami suggested that they should take down Gala. If she is down, then the crew can be free. Felgrade liked the plan, and they can do it before the duel. Luffy refused because he accepted the duel and wouldn’t disrespect him by going around his back. Eventually, the crew and Felgrade reluctantly went with The “Attack Gala” plan during the duel instead.
The sun was about to rise. The island’s royals stood on the balcony of their castle, the Straw Hats were on the sideline, and Luffy stood on the coastline. Carried by his non-elemental materials, Attrestyn floated down from the clouds and landed near Luffy with a saber and pistol in hand. Coming from the other side of the coast was Gala, carried by many of her crewmates to fight with a Cam-Snail to show the Five Elders the hopeful Death of Luffy. Attrestyn asked Luffy if he was ready. Luffy replied with a smile. The sun finally shined on the island as Attrestyn started with his Moon Walk: Flying Hornet Technique to get close to try to stab his opponent with his saber. Luffy dodged and tried to use a Gum-Gum Battle Axe, but Attrestyn imbued his weapon with Armament Haki to block, and Luffy did the same with his foot. The two clashed fiercely before getting sent backward.
Attrestyn ran up to him with a Saber Pistol, using a high-speed thrust with his saber. Luffy dodged with his Gear Second Technique. He went with a Jet Pistol, which he only missed because he had to move out of the way of Attestyn’s shot. Attrestyn fired several small, pale-colored triangles, homing in on Luffy (Triangle: Pursers). Luffy, still 2nd Gear, ran off the try to avoid all of them, but he did get stung on the butt by one, and a bit of his Gear 5 form emerged with a crazy “Ouch!” expression.
The rest of The Straw Hats decided to proceed with the plan to take down Gala, only for her to beat them to the punch by ordering the crew to attack. Everyone didn’t want to because of the previous fight, but she yelled, “Do it, or I will kill the captain goes first,” as she coating her finger in armament haki. Reluctantly, everyone did as she said and attacked The Straw Hats. At the primary fight, Luffy tried a Gum-Gum Eagle Bazooka, but Attrestyn blocked it with an Iron Body. After coughing up some blood, Attrestyn grabbed Luffy’s arm, covered it in his material, and pulled him in. He conjured a circle and spun it telekinetically with incredible speed.
“Circle: Executioner!” he said. Luffy panicked because he knew with his future sight that his opponent was going to decapitate him. Luffy quickly used a Gum-Gum Stamp, but Attrestyn disassembled himself into his non-element to avoid his attacks before launching his sawblade. Luffy had no choice but to take it head-on literally by haki-ing up his head and smashing it. His attack continued into the ground to make a small shockwave of sand to knock Attrestyn and his material away. As his enemy slowly reformed, Luffy continued with a Gum-Gum Rifle at Attrestyn’s stomach area and sent him into the ocean. He forgot he was a Devil Fruit user, but Attrestyn stopped mid-air and floated to the shore, turning into his non-element.
The Straw Hat Pirates were decimating The Lowly Wrym pirates like last time. They were holding their punches, but that was still more than enough. Felgrade attacked Zoro, begging him to forgive him. But it was him or his captain, and Zoro understood as their duel started. Gala enjoyed every bit of this as she showed it to the heads of the World Government. Nami was getting sick of that woman laughing at all this. She told everyone to cover her, but Robin knew she would need help to take on someone from CP0. Gala noticed the two approach her, and she was a bit upset that she had to fight, exclaiming that her crew was genuinely worthless.
Luffy charged with both fists coated with Armament Haki, but Attrestyn launched larger triangles at him (Triangle: Dashers). Luffy had to use a Gum-Gum Bazooka on the ground to send him up to dodge it. Attrestyn twirled his finger, and the pale masses spun, firing smaller tringles at Luffy. He used the attack as a distraction to Moon Walk over to him and performed a Tempest Kick: Zero Space right in front of him. Straw Hat had to block him Armament Haki. Before Luffy could recover, Attrestyn used Shave: Rush Down to tackle him to the ground. Luffy kicked Attrestyn with a Gum-Gum Stamp and followed up with Gum-Gum Jet Gatling. Attrestyn countered with Paper Art: Fury Dance. With his body like paper, he gracefully dances towards Luffy, using the air pushed by his opponent’s fist to move faster. When he reached him, Attrestyn swiftly slashed him with his saber.
While the rest of The Straw Hats fought The Lowly Wryms, Robin and Nami fought Gala. The former CP0 tried to use Finger Pistol on the Navigator, but Robin kept tripping her with Un Fleur: Trip. Gala was getting very piss and quickly used a Tempest Kick, but her target was a clone. Before she could find the real one, Nami blasted her with her Gust Sword. Meanwhile, Zoro and Felgrade still fought before the mushroom man coated his bident with Armament Haki. He spun it rapidly and flung it at Zoro (Bident Saw Blade: Black). Zoro dodged before realizing the weapon had a boomerang effect and almost sliced him in two. Annoyed, he put on his bandana and unleashed his Conquer’s Haki. Zoro ran at him with all three swords, saying, “Three Sword Style: Shiitake Giri!” and somehow slashed with all three blades downward at Felgrade and defeated him.
Luffy used a Gum-Gum Grizzley Magnum, while Attrestyn used Dark Square: Great Defender, a technique that created a giant square wall coated in Armament Haki. When the two collided, Luffy’s fists were stopped entirely. Attrestyn jumped through his wall with a Moon Walk and tried to cut Luffy. Luffy had to go into Gear Fourth: Boundman to tank his blade. He punched him with a robust and armament-covered fist. His opponent almost blacked out but stood his ground. Attrestyn focused on the area around Luffy. He released several large orbs that crashed into Luffy as Attrestyn shouted, “Sphere: Hunters!”
Gala was furious with Nami and Robin. She used a Shave and planned to Finger Pistol through their skulls. But she didn’t realize that Robin had one of her hands on her leg and used it to trip her again. Gala then said she would be the only one left in this battle. There were enough of her crew with those bomb bands that if all of them exploded, it would take out Luffy, his and her crew, and most of the island. She pulled out her detonation device, only for Robin to snag it with another arm that appeared on Gala’s shoulder. The Former CP0 agent had to retreat to the ship to get the spare remote. Nami and Robin, riding on Chopper’s back, went after her into the forest.
At the primary fight, Luffy turned into his Snakeman form and used a Gum Gum Copperhead, a straight kick to the face after it was compressed. Attrestyn fell on his back with blood coming out of his mouth and nose. He swiftly returned with a Moon Walk: Spiral Cutter, using the speed of his technique while spinning with his saber. Luffy dodged to use a Gum-Gum Jet Culverin. Attrestyn used his Observation Haki to deflect most of the punches with his armored-up saber but eventually was knocked away by the onslaught.
Gala ambushed the pursuing trio with a tempest kick. She then shouted in the shadows that if she could capture Robin and kill some of the Straw Hats, she could finally be off the crew and back to being in the good graces of the World Nobles. Gala then bragged about how much she hated this job, the crew, and especially Attrestyn with his “nice guy” act. She even played to kill him after this, even if he somehow killed Luffy. All that bragging gave Robin enough time to get a lock on her and summon her Demonio Fleur to grab Gala. As she was getting squeezed, Gala used her strongest Iron Body and Armament Haki to prevent herself from being crushed. She laughed in triumph before noticing the dense cloud above her. The giant, demonic Robin forcibly shoved her into it, resulting in her being violently electrocuted in a technique they would call “Demon Goddess Shock Therapy.” This took out Gala immediately.
Luffy rushed over to deliver a Kong Gun before Attrestyn caught it with a giant hand made of his non-element, coated with armament haki. Pale triangles erupted below the sand to pierce Luffy’s torso (Triangle: Ambushers), causing the rubber pirate to deflate out of Gear Fourth form. While his opponent was down, Attrestyn conjured a giant cube similar to the size of the orb that devastated the kingdom before and crushed Luffy with it (Great Cube: Executioner). Almost everybody saw it as Attrestyn turned towards the castle and started walking there.
The ground started to shake, not because of an earthquake but because it became rubber. Luffy sprung out of the ground below Attrestyn, laughing as his once-black hair became white and fiery. He finally went into Gear Fifth. Luffy said with a grin that it was time to pull out all the stops. He spun around rapidly while wrapping his limbs into a ball and said, “Gum-Gum…” Attrestyn commanded his giant cube to form a barrier between him and Luffy’s next attack. “…Dawn…” The barrier was then coated with haki (Dark Semi-Sphere: Great Defender). Luffy finished with “…Firework Festival!” His bounded limbs were released and empowered by Armament and Conqueror Haki. They tore through the dome and blasted Attrestyn away, screaming to the other side of the beach. Luffy continued to laugh manically while all his limbs were still flying everywhere because he could control this attack once it was unleashed.
Robin and Chopper made it to The Lowly Wyrm Pirates’ ship to rummage through their things to find the spare remote. Nami, on the other hand, was distracted by the loot this ship had and gawked at it for a while. During the primary fight, Attrestyn was sniveling in the corner of the battlefield, listening to Luffy’s cackling. He started to panic. He only wanted to make this all stop. Attrestyn wanted to stop being a pirate, but Luffy was in his way.
To make matters worse, he had to listen to him enjoying himself. He started to cry, saying, “Shut it. Shut it.” Luffy asked if he could speak up. Attrestyn replied, “SHUT UP!” From above Luffy, a pale light started to gather in size and strength before firing down a laser that almost got him if he didn’t regain control again and swung his way out of the path. More of those sparks of light started to appear around a teary-eyed Attrestyn. He didn’t even know what was going on. Luffy was about to land when a pair of lights appeared next to him and fired more laser beams at him. The ground below Attrestyn started to transmute into the neutral element. Luffy then realized what had happened: Attrestyn awakened his Devil Fruit.
Chopper finally found the spare remote, and Robin got on his back, waiting for Nami, who was busy dragging a large loot sack. Meanwhile, at the primary fight, Attrestyn tried to wipe the tears out of his eyes as Luffy got up to his face with a Gum-Gum Star Pistol. But Attrestyn sank to the ground in his non-elemental form and slinked away, leaving a tiny spark of light. After reforming, he realized that he somehow gained a new power. “Uh…L-Line: Blaster!” Attrestyn said as the spark fired another beam. Luffy was blasted away, still smiling. Attrestyn tried to follow, but he got stuck by the material forming below his feet. He angrily launched the stuff at Luffy to get it out of his way (Amorphous: Pursuer). Luffy inflated himself to deflect the globs, but they restricted him. He expelled all the air by farting right at Attrestyn, screaming, “Haha! Gum-Gum Stink Bomber!”
Attrestyn covered his nose in disgust while Luffy exhaled enough air to become a toothpick and escape his restraints. The rubber man inhaled enough air to return to his regular shape. Attrestyn yelled at him to take this duel seriously, and several sparks appeared above Luffy before he fired a rain of lasers (Lines: Ambushers). Luffy survived while dashing over him, trying to punch him, but his foe dodged with a shave while leaving a ball that exploded with a small shockwave (Orb: Bomber). Attrestyn tried finishing him with more explosive orbs, but Luffy managed to grab him. He got pulled in as Luffy spun around in a cartoony tornado. “Gum-Gum…Dawn…Pinwheel!” Luffy said as he let him go, attempting to throw his opponent over the horizon, but Attrestyn quickly plunged his feet into the ground as he was being tossed. Thanks to his Non- Non powers, he was just as elastic as Luffy and managed to bring himself back to the island.
Chopper was running back to the battle, carrying Robin, who was comforting Nami because she had to leave the treasure behind.
Attrestyn took a page from Luffy’s book and conjured several large, dark-colored, upside-down pyramids that spun around Straw Hat (DarkPyramid: Spinners). Luffy tried to avoid these giant tops, but one eventually struck him in the back and exploded. After the dust settled, the man who would be The Pirate King stood up, beaten and bleeding, but that smile was still there. Attrestyn, in his rage, terraformed half the beach into his non-element and formed it into a massive wave straight at his enemy. He was going to drown him and cause his new tomb to explode. Attrestyn yelled, from the top of the wave, that he never wanted this to be the end but would end him for his crew’s freedom.
Luffy smiled and said, “Hehe! I understand. If my crew were in a similar situation, I would go crazy too to save them. Let’s do this! Gum-Gum…!”
Luffy ran straight at the wave, dragging his right fist on the ground, covered in armament haki. He shouted, “….Rising…!” Attrestyn screamed, “…Great Executioner!” Luffy was right at the base of the wave before doing an uppercut straight up the middle of it. His fist struck Attrestyn in the face as Luffy roared, “…Star Pistol!” The wave split in two and then dispersed as Attrestyn fell back to earth unconscious. The battle was over.
The Lowly Wrym Pirates stopped their fight and looked at their defeated captain. They all wondered what would happen to them before Nami, Robin, and Chopper returned with the remote and pressed the button to deactivate them. The Lowly Wrym Pirates were finally free. Luffy powered down and became wrinkly and weak. He collapsed next to Attrestyn and fell asleep. The other Straw Hats finally relaxed before Gala returned, covered in soot from being electrocuted. She was highly pissed and planned to kill everyone, especially Attrestyn. But before she could do all that, the neutral element spawned around her and captured her in a ball. Attrestyn was kneeling with a raised hand, shaking and trying to keep her cage up (Orb: Keeper). The Non-Non Human once again fell back into unconsciousness.
A few days passed, and life in Shucodro returned to normal. The Straw Hats were having a large feast. Luffy was especially gorging himself and was about to take on his crewmates’ food with his stretchy arms before another elongated hand slapped them away. Attrestyn, with Felgrade next to him, was at the banquet with bandages on his face. He told him to ask before he takes. Luffy apologizes half-heartedly before attempting to steal from another crewmate.
Before an argument got out, The Queen and Princess chimed in. They wanted to thank the Straw Hats for their help and planned to reward them handsomely, but they also needed to deal with The Lowly Wryms. Attrestyn and Felgrade got on their knees and begged for forgiveness for them and their crew. The royals had already done so since the island was saved, and all their valuables had been returned. They were freed to go, or they could stay. Attrestyn wanted to stay. He was tired of sailing, and the rest of his crew wanted to stay here, too, because they had nowhere else to go since they were not only pirates. Princess thought that The Lowly Wrym Pirates would help serve the kingdom and its residents, and everyone agreed and bowed. The Straw Hats planned to go on their next adventure, and Attrestyn thanked Luffy and his crew for saving them. Luffy smiled and hoped they enjoyed their newfound freedom as he and his crew returned to the Sunny.
