They report directly to the king, and are experts at hiding. Rangers wear mottled cloaks that hide their presence, and practice with a bow and arrow till they never miss. Rangers have special horses that understand how to move silently. There is a code word to get on these horses and if you don't whisper it they will throw you off. The horses are very intelligent and give warning signs when an enemy is nearby. Rangers can stay still for days if need be, and are camouflage legends. A ranger is basically a spy for the king. Each ranger also controls a fief.

Childhood: Grew up in extremely far-right Christian home. Was abused by his father constantly due to his “Non-Manly” hobbies such as reading and studying.
Adolescence/Teens: After finding out about his Pyromania (Via both witnessing and MH trips), his parents took this as their son being possessed by the devil. They would leave him in pitch black rooms with ventilation.. as they wanted to “freeze the demon in him!”. This would lead to his fear of the dark and the cold, along with a violent hatred for his parents that would grow along with his pyromania. After managing to trick/manipulate his mother into believing he was cured, he smacked her up the head with a broken piece of floorboard before carrying her to the couch. He almost sparred all of them, but before he stepped out that door, the memories of every second of pain they caused him played in his head. So, he began to do what he did best.. Play with fire.. By the time it was over, he hadn’t even realized he had been burned a bit as well.. He ran out the house.. and just collapsed.
Adulthood: Micah woke up in the hospital fully aware of what he did.. But he didn’t care. He couldn’t talk for a while due to the amount of smoke. Not like he talked much anyway. Unbeknownst to him, he would soon be under Slenderman’s watch. The being was almost impressed by the lack of empathy and the raw anger.. a perfect candidate for a Berserker.
