Void Entity Physiology: Gar is from an untouched part of the universe called “The Black” a void like place that takes up whatever enters it, living or not. He grew up here and his body adapted to such a place. Having lower levels of nigh-omnipotence. As such, He is able to employ the Void and Cosmic energy within him to produce virtually any effect he desires. He can also move faster than most beings.

Immortality: Gar is said to be one of the many older living beings; therefore people consider him as an ageless being. He also normally can’t be killed through normal means.

Invulnerability: He is immune to all diseases, ailments, and toxins. In addition, he is enormously resistant to damage. He was able to survive from 4 galaxies colliding and a sizable nuclear arsenal, but was severely injured in the process. Even the likes of Samuel can rarely hurt him without outside help.

Void/Cosmic energy manipulation: Gar can can create, shape, absorb and manipulate cosmic forces and energies to produce nearly any effect they desire, including the manipulation of matter and energy across space and time. He can also manipulate the forced of the void, being capable to even COMBINE such forces for something much more deadly.

Molecular Restructuring: He can manipulate, reshape and rearrange the molecular complexions of any organism, allowing him to rebuild or redesign things internally.

Matter Transmutation: Gar can control matter in any object which allows him to turn something tangible like lead, into something intangible like water.

Teleportation: Gar can make himself, other people, and objects appear anywhere in the entire universe that he wishes with a mere thought. He has even teleported the planet Aquif-11 from one galaxy to another.

Interdimensional and Intradimensional Portals: He can create wormholes between dimensions and within dimensions, using Black holes and White holes.

Cosmic Awareness: Gar can sense disturbances or changes within the cosmic ether on a universal scale.

Sentient Life Creation: Gar can create complex, sentient, biological or bio-technical life-forms seemingly from nothing, or at least using his control over molecules to do so. He actually has done so, making a species called The Izois, who have varying degrees of matter Manipulation.
