The Summoning of the Icons Pt. 1

Silv comes back out of the narrow tunnel. He bares a crystal with a neckless stuck in it, and a canteen of the thick, oozing, black liquid.

“This pendant matches yours,” He says to the Egyptian King, “in size at least. Should we place it within the pocket on the stump?”

“Might as well.” The King replies.

The elite guards, Silv, and the other normal soldiers back to the edges of the perfectly circular cave. The Egyptian King takes the crystal, breaking the neckless off of it, and holding it above the stump. The chain and pendent of this neckless are all black, matching the one the King has, however this one has a picture of a full moon and the King’s has a sunset.

The Egyptian King places the pendent of the midnight neckless within the small circle carved into the stump that stands in the middle of the room. As soon as it makes contact, all the torches in the room go out. The runes are slowly traced of by a glossy white substance. And a all black beam of energy shoots out of the pendent, going strait up and piercing a hole in the roof of the cave.

A deep, booming voice echo’s throughout the cavern, “Your god’s skull will be my next helmet!”
